I'm planning to are convert a closet to a half-bath. The cement wall and the cement floor will be supporting the vanity and the toilet. The other side of that wall contains a 6" waste pipe and two water supply lines, the vertical pipe is approximately 6" from the wall and the supply lines are likewise close to the wall. I'm worried that because all toilets discharge waste directly into the floor, this is not possible, because there is a commercial store directly underneath. I'm thinking that the plumber will have to connect a 90 degree(or more) from the bottom of the bowl thru the wall into the waste pipe. Because water flows 1/4"/foot, I will have to raise the toilet so high as to make it impractical to use. Is there a better solution?

Yes, buy a toilet from uk!

Ours discharge from a rear facing spigot approximately 7” above floor level. They are however wash down pans and not the syphonic ones you are used to.
