He would take the shame, the awkward glances, listen to the snide bickering by others for the only reason to see the happiness in his daughters eyes when she gives it to him.

He would drive it everywhere and anyone who questioned his choice of vehicle, he would tell them ' my daughter bought it for me ' - with pride

He would probably have a picture of her on the dash
