Denso Tape covering heating copper pipes bleeding through Plaster

Hi everyone,
I need some urgent help, we had 4 radiators fitted 2 weeks ago with chased copper pipes. Understood that the best way to avoid corrosion was to cover them on Anti-corrosion tape (Denso Tape), however no-one told me that the oil (Petroleum) would bleed because of the heat and stain my walls. I have now 2 weeks after painting, this horrible stains that look like yellowish wet.
I need to know if someone here has had the same proble and how did you solve it?
bear in mind the following:
-If I re-open the wall, which i am willing to do, I would not have enough space to fit a PVC pipe to cover the pipes (is a thin brick wall, without insulation and with the bonding on top) and if remove the denso tape, then what can I put to avoid corrosion?
-Will the denso tape stop bleeding at one point?
- What type of stain blocker can I use?, have read that Bin and Zinsser are not the best for this type of stain, as it is oil based.

If someone has had this type of problem and can help, will be greatly appreciated!

That was madness to use Denso tape near plaster - especially on warm pipes, but I guess you know that now! Are the walls damp in any way? If they are dry, then even sheets of polythene cut into strips of 3 or 4 inches & wraped around like a bandage would have kept the plaster off the pipe & allowed slight movement.
Check with any local paint centre for advice on what to seal walls with, but I think the Denso tape will bleed for years sadly & it will be hard to remove all the Denso gunk around the pipes in wall.

denso designed to protect underground pipe.

use plastic coated copper pipe in future, definitely wont stain your wall, having said that, the plaster will dry and crack in the future as well as the pipe dries out the wall

Duck/duct/closure plate tape does the job or you can get electricians pvc tape in 50mm wide rolls.
