Hi,
I am new to this forum and wonder if someone could offer any advice.
My problem is that our main external drain is constantly getting blocked.
The bath, sink, bidet, shower, kitchen sink and dishwasher all drain into the same Gully.

The gully connects straight to the main sewer pipe which is located under the property(1932ish)
We are using approximately a kilo of soda and hot water every 3 or 4 days to try and clear the blockage.
Due to the angle of the gully and connecting drain, it is impossible to rod from the sewer pipe, and I cannot rod from the gully due to the angle it connects to the sewer pipe. (as can be seen from the enclosed diagram)

A local plumber suggested installing a new drain to be used just for the kitchen sink and dishwasher.
but this would connect into a manhole which is located in the drive but slightly up stream of the gully.
(As shown)

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

First get someone in with a Jetter.
They will be able to jet through the gulley or if they are any good they they'll be able to get from the other end.

Dig down remove gully from pipe. Blast pipe out , fit new gully via a band seal. Going against flow last resort

Could the blockage be caused by another property further down the line.
I'd call your local water authority out just to check this out.
