Just had a new bathroom fitted and when you flush the toilet the water doesnt reach the front of the bowl. its a dual flush

I have adjusted everything to maximum flow and it still doesnt flush, even if you fill the tank up and pull the valve/syphon out completely it still wont reach the front of the bowl.

Floor is level, pipe to the back of the bowl (inlet) is level.

The guy that fitted it said it was a faulty bowl, could the rim be blocked/faulty or has he just fitted it badly, judging by the rest of the leaks ive had to repair i would say its him, but thought i would ask on here first.
Thanks

have you got a small mirror? you could see if all the holes round the rim are open if they aren't then there is your problem and the pan needs changing.

If the bowl seems ok, then the connection between pan & cistern needs looked at by someone, - just in case the installer has used silicone sealant or plumbers mait (non hardening putty), to help seal the joint & some is partly blocking it.

If you got someone to fit the bathroom for you, surely there must be a warranty/guarantee whether it's supply and fit or labour only. Why are you fixing his leaks and not him?

i agree get the original plumber back unless you've already had "words" and don't want him back
