I thought that was a Croppie , to be honest

Nah. A "Croppie" or to give it the latin name "Fittus Commercialus" is a Sarf Lundenner, exported the colonies. Its also one of the few known lifeforms that is more aggressive sober than when drunk. Long periods of enforced sobriety may result in unpredictable consequences.

And one of the few things that are actually made in Britain these days. Not just packaged in the UK, or assembled from parts made elsewhere - they
make the cylinder in their own factory.

Hi Ray

Talking about UK manufactured products, did you receive my email earlier on this week (to your Mr Catlin) about taking my product on board?

BTW Chalked has fitted a stelflow and one of my hotun's last week

Paul Walker instal.jpg
Hope you like it

I like them too. The combination vslve has a balanced cold take off. The expansion vessel has a solid brack fitted ( no rubbish jubilee clip) and the expansion vessel has a 22mm compression connection.
oh, and a secondary tapping too.

Hi Paul

Funny that just posted a picky of your install...........

BTW it looks good does that

Personal experience is that danfoss has top quality trvs
My preference is danfoss electrical kit too.

Minus their wiring centres.

Ray you have THE best e-commerce site for plumbing I have come across.
Hope you expand your product range and make the best use of it!

Hi Russ.

Email was received.

Rob Catlin and his team get a lot of stuff across their desk, and have multiple priorities, so please don't be disheartened if you dont hear anything for a while.

Also, and please don't think I am being negative, Rob's judgement will not reflect on whether you have a good idea, or the quality of the engineering (so long as it reaches a minimum standard). His judgement will be "whether or not we can make money out of it".

I appreciate that this isn't why you invented and developed it, but it is the ONLY reason that a merchant would stock it.

Miserable gits, aren't we?

I don't mean to be an arse as I know you didn't put the picture up for comments, but that's not a valve between the cylinder and the expansion vessel, is it?

Ray, Any plans to do the waste pipe and fittings in black. As i find the white can get scuffed easy so does the black but you dont see it.

We will have to see how the white goes Jules.

Our existing sales of waste are 78% white, 15% black and the rest mostly grey with a bit of brown.

The set up costs for this are quite high, but if we see enough volume from the white, we may be able to work out that the black would also be worth doing.

But I would expect to see 110mm grey soil first.
