Having a problem with this boiler. Reports of bath water only! Running cold. Everywhere else is fine. Ch is fine. About 6 months ago i got called out to this boiler for the same problem, i clean out the plate heat ex and cleaned out the main burner which was very dirty, this did the trick but it seems to be playing up again. Any one have ideas fof me ? Ill probably check the condense trap as from what i remember they have a shitty little float inside them that jams up.

What kind of tap is on the bath?

If all other taps are ok then it wont be the boiler, does it run cold if only using the hot tap ? (old full bore LP tap)

If they have hot water else where in house then there must be some hot water getting to bath. Probably the only place there noticing the hot is not really hot enough.e.g. to bath. Check temp is constant and not cycling leaving boiler?
