Clearly not. Cables and especially alarm cables have to be wrapped around pipes to keep warm. They would be too far from pipes to stay warm.

Are builders not the same as back in they day ? I remember when I used to hod carry back when I was a lad and an early start was pre 6am. Builder said early start today...... Still in van. Only been here since 7.45!!
