surely this never worked???

According to the customer it`s worked perfectly for 1yr 11.75 months then packed up just inside the 2yr warranty. You can imagine my reply.

Why not the water in the cistern is much higher than the connection of the sani-flow, I know you can't polish a turd but it will dissolve, be OK until
something big got in there and then go look for a plumber with a website who specialises in this sort of thingy!!!!

Mainly used for number ones and not number twos, we need to know all the facts RPM before coming to an informed conclusion

RPM not me, but I know a man who can, its not what you know it's who you know, like you say RPM sometimes it's hellish hard to believe
anyone who says they never had and problems with it, BTW what was the problem, don't tell me it was blocked please!!!

Might be best if I add that everything to do with the basin pipe, the sani and the discharge pipe was wrong so I would of been there for hours correcting everything on what was a warranty call and therefore no guarantee of payment as the owner wasn`t around.

Yes a house fire called to check the boiler the plastic flue was brittle changing the boiler on Wednesday

The boiler took the full brunt of the fire tightness test fine boiler ran and passed fga no problems at all I was a bit worried about the flue so recommend a replacement they said just change the boiler

Love the flush handle, looks like it's a double flusher with a handle missing.

All of the showers leaked when it was pressurised! The tray was amazing upstairs this was the sauna room.

At least they have made it easy for you to get 15mm in there when you re-pipe.

How thick are these guys, it never ends, mind you he may have been dead smart and put some sore of blank in there, but how would he do that

Yes the ufh is off the unvented ...... Yes it's powered by a 12kw RI. No there isn't any blending on the UFH. No it don't work. Yes the installer was qualified. No he didn't have a clue. Yes I'm charging £75 p/h to a colleague to fix it. Yes I'm getting money up front. Yes it's hilarious and I can't help but laugh.
