Halstead iheat 20

Possibly due to a power cut the halsted iheat 20 has failed to run. It is served via a horrsman controller. The pal with problem has an installation booklet but no user handbook which i believe gives reset instruction?
I would be pleased to here of any advise on sorting the problem.

Don't know this boiler but usually if there is a selector switch you could try turning it to 0 for a few seconds then back on or turn the thermostat right down then back up. Might be worth a try?
There should be a bit in the installation booklet around commissioning section.

Thanks for input. Young service guy had a look turned out to be programmer fault. Glad i did not have any tools with me. It would have ended in tears, probably mine. Good Luck
