Cheers mate. Much appreciated for loading the video on for me. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this heap of scrap if making the noises in the video? It’s basically a heatline c24 that has been rebadged the data badge is in the video. It only makes the noises in hot water mode.

Any help is obviously appreciated.

The trouble is with a noise as loud as that , when your ears go towards the boiler casing you cant pin point the noise because the noise is everywhere.

Good lord, its not happy for sure. No idea but you may be able to use your hand to feel the vibrations which may be strongest at the component that is vibrating. At least its only the HW cct.. lol

Tried that and nothing. The whole thing goes mental once it starts. It’s actuall really loud😱😱

Are all your burner pressures fine ?

Burner clean ? Injectors clean ?

Does it make that noise when it of max gas ?

Everything is good. Serviced it whilst there. Regulates down as expected.

sounds like air getting into the burners like when you purge is the some splits in the burner

Cannot see anything and it only does it on hot water.

thats when its at its highest setting so may be worth checking the burner

That’s where I was heading. But wanted other views/ideas.

I have come accross to similar noises on Baxi Solo twice and it was the gas valve.
