HELP, let down by plumber, correct advice needed asap!

Hi, i have unfortunately been let down and need to get some work completed before saturday that will comply with building regs. Being a novice i hope someone can help.

I Need to do first fix for 2 bathrooms on ground floor using block and beam. The soil pipes come in to the middle of the walls from the outside and not in the corners where the toilets will be. Its block and beam floor, whivh will have 100mm celotex then screeded on saturday.

1. Should i cut the soil pipes near the wall and put a 90 110 elbow to move it along the wall then another 90 110 elbow to bring it verticle through a block into the room for each toilet

2. What is the best way to run the waste pipes? Each room has sink and bath / shower which needs to connect to this soil stack. And one room will have a dishwasher coming through an internal wall to join one of the sinks.
Should the wastes go straight under the floor and join the soil pipe using y bends and a boss adapter? Or should they go on top of the block and beam under the celotex and join the soil pipe in the room itself?

3. Whats the best way to join the 40mm waste pipes to the soil stack? And i assume the sink will be a 32mn pipe, do i just want an adapter to make it 40mm somewhere ?

Ok thanks, Ill be able to post a floor plan shortly, cant get actual pictures of jib till the morning unfortunately.

Im confident i will be able to do it myself, i just need a pro to tell me what will comply with building regs and what type of boss or do i need a manifold and have seperate pipes. Are you allowed the wastes under the block and beam flooring?

Sounds like the waste has been put in the wrong place

110mm straight into the toilets then take everything through the wall into the outside stack

As above. I do not do first fix often but even I can see the wastes are in the wrong place. You may get away with the one by turning the toilet 90 degrees

Ill move the one toilet 90* and look at getting the other soil pipe moved, although its all back filled with access gulleys outside. Ill get the shovel out.

The bath and shower ill see if they can go straight through the outside wall. ( is it normal for a shower to go through an outside wall?) Im guessing you guys have probably seen this?

As for the sinks and washing machine.. where would you take them to? Over the block and beam and under the celotex also to an outside wall? Or something else?

The sinks will be cabinet style sinks with cupboards underneath. It obviously wouldnt look as neat but would you think boxing and running one behind the bath to the outside wall, and one boxed in and under the shower to get to the outside wall that way?

If theres a way without boxing in that would be the preferred method

Phone building control up and get them out and ask them how they want them run as there siting it off, saves any surprises when they don’t like something

I just realised i didnt mention the soil pipes on the diagram are coming in under the block and beam floor at present and simply capped off

Or can you swap the basin and the bath around. Then move the toilet to where the soil pipe is? (Just brainstorming).

Building regulations document H might give you some pointers, it states maximum waste pipe runs etc. Free to download just google it and should come up with planning portal (gov) website

Yes the soil pipe is on the floor and probably 20cms gap before the underside of the beams.

So could you either have the 50mm pipe effectively pouring into the grill on the gulley, or does it need to be bossed into the stack?

The left hand soil pipe could go through an internal 90* bend and then another 90* bend to bring it verticle up to the toilet, or does that sound like too many bends to you? There is a good 15- 20cm between top of soil pipe and bottom of beams as it stands.

Ideally under the floor is best for it all if i can. Loving what you have done above. Tomorrow afternoon i will see if i can replicate that under the block and beams, obviously ensuring it has the necessary runs etc to comply with regs, and just have verticle pipes running through holes in the block at bath, shower / basins etc.
And get some anti vac sink traps
