They fitted it themselves .No half rsed gas man would even contemplate doing that and i know some rough ones.
They probably read on the interweb that vaillants were a good boiler then couldn't figure out the rest.

I know it was a joke but the biggest joke is the one we pay to be members of. Shyt like this happens every day and nothing is done but someones membership lapses and they get suspended sentences. Easy targets.
