Ideal Logic Heat 15 problem

Hi all

Recently installed the Ideal logic Heat 15 boiler and am having a few problems I have not come across before.

Firstly the boiler makes a loud pulsing noise I can only really describe as whale like humming. Its definitely coming from the boiler. have triple checked F/R pipe work is correct through out the system

Bypass installed and have bled the system, there is also rads on the circuit that have no TRV, so am a little stuck on this now.


It has also been fauling on an F2 fault, which it cycles restart a few times and seemingly sorts itself out. Its installed with a vertical flue whihc is well within the installation guide limits

I'm on site everyday with it as a semi detached to US/DS conversion and every time i fire it up in the evening this is happening.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
