Jammed actuator pins

I have some actuator pins that are stuck (in the open position). I assume that the best thing to do is just to replace the entire valve, but is there a quick temporary fix - I.e. lubricating and hitting with a hammer (yes I know it's not the most professional solution)

they have leaked so spray some wd 40 clean them up a bit and just lightly tap with small hammer you can also try just wiggling them up with pliers
