Hi new to the forum an would like some advice please.
One of my bath taps is leaking at the base of the tap where it turns. Question i have is how do i remove this tap an is it a possibility that it might just be an o-ring that's gone?

Thanks for any help.

Just needs the gland repacking, but I'm not sure how you get to it. It looks like you need to unscrew the top, but it will be tight and difficult to do. Maybe a strap wrench would do it. I'm assuming it's not a new tap!!

From the look of them I would hazard a guess that they don't have a packing gland but 1 or more O rings on the spindle!

the disc on top of the tap head unscrews i would guess, you will then see the screw you need to remove to remove the head, the chrome collar under the head will then unscrew or pull off, post another pic of what you see after this, someone will be able to tell you more after seeing this, isit a screwdown tap or a 1/4 turn?
