Leaking Outside Drain Pipe!?

Living in a rented house, and the plumber has been and gone, and left me with what is supposed to have fixed my outside bathroom drain pipe to stop it leaking.

Well 1. it looks a total mess, and 2. it hasn't stopped leaking.

Rang the estate agents up again to get someone to fix it, and they aren't helping out this time.

Any suggestions? DIY skills aren't great but I know the basics.....

That pipe through the wall needs replacing completely as someone has melted it. The managing agents should be responsible for this.

Call the local council tell them that you have a leaking sewer and your landlord refuses to address it.

What the?!! What has that guy done?!! Never seen out like it in my life.... All he had to do by looks of it is change a push fit fitting. Now he'll have to replace that section of pipe through the wall, disturbing whatevers on the inside i.e. Boxing, bath panel. ROUGH.... Thats rougher than rough!

Was hoping to just change the piping on the outside by looks like this can't be done?

Theres no way aj, if he didnt melt it you could of. Literally its butchered! To fix it properly wouldnt take long, even a DIY'er could fix it.
