Yep the system will have a good flushing, including rads vibrated to loosen scale/sludge, and a boiler service.
Is 15yrs old for a system?

Can't do anything but good to clean the system and fit a filter, i.e. power flush as suggested, or have a look at post 17 on this thread...

Centramag filters are cheaper and protect against magnetic, and non magnetic debris - see here for further details...

magnaclean have brought out the professional 2 which I hear is very good, never fitted the pro 2 though
