Mira decor shower water running continuously from the shower head

Hi All
Customers has an issue with a Mira Decor electric shower. The shower is leaking continuously from the shower head even when the power is switched off. It’s not a dribble but a flow of water. It was purchased in 2021.
I’ve isolated the water and electrical supplies and wondering if any one has a clue what the fault my be.
