Bosch PMF 180E All Rounder 3 In 1 Multi Tool Cuts - Saws - Sands 180w 240v : Tooled-Up.com

Cuts floorboards a treat, especially across top of joists so no need to put batten in when making good.

Wouldn't recommend it for cutting copper tube, as already mentioned by others lots of demurring of cut.

Unbeatable though when I recently replaced 9 rad system in bungalow. Chopped all existing flow and returns at floor level, no need to make good as pipes redundant.

great for lifting floorboards if youre worried there may be pipes below as they are much more controllable
than a circular saw. did this a while ago and discovered 22mm F + R and 22mm H + C just where i was lifting the boards, would have sliced the lot with a circular as they were pressed right up against the back of the floor board

i bought one of these a couple of years ago half price as i though i might use it once or twice, its now one of
my most useful tools and i use it on loads of jobs

great for cutting holes in plaster board/floors/kitchen cabinets/floor joists
also brilliant for trimming bath panels

only down side is blades are ridiculously expensive though

I cut a couple of 35mm copper tubes that was right in a corner and boxed, it would have been a pig to cut with a hacksaw, an angle grinder couldn't fit in nor would a pipe cutter.

It was when I'd just bought the Bosch 240V one and was very pleased I had it that day. As said, you do need to clean the burrs up after.

Yeah, the link he gave you is for the adapter to fit the cheaper blades....I think. I've got the Bosch one.

I buy blades from Toolstation. Not cheap. I wince everytime I use it. Like I'm peeing with a bladder infection. That bad. LOL.

the blades in the link are stainless steel, better quality than the carbon steel Bosch ones and a lot cheaper

I've just got more work from using my multimaster to cut floorboards. The boards are exposed and the customer was impressed that you could barely see the cut.
