NTPS Training closing down

Does anyone know anything about what has happened to NTPS Training in Hyde? They're closing down by the end of the month apparently. BTSC have closed down their Manchester centre and now NTPS. No idea what's going on around that area with all of these centres going bump.

It is a shame NTPS are closing down. They were a family run business and very friendly, they did not ask for any upfront money you just paid as you went. Talked to them this week and it is a combination of increasing rent and rates and fewer people through the door that has forced them to close.

gutted ntps have closed down paul and gill were a nice couple with paul being an excellent tutor as was steve,seems to be just another example of the state the countrys in everyones skint so no one can afford to do anything unfortunately for me i was over mid way through my level 2 course there and am now not sure what to do my student id number is still active but have no where to finish off anyone any ideas? please reply........

I am also in the same position! I am midway through my nvq level 2 with Paul and have also enrolled on the level 3 with him too. I have phoned him but no answer. It's a shame because he was a really nice hard working guy and this has to happen to him. I am stuck now with what to do because all I need is one bathroom suite to finish my nvq just can't seem to get the placement. Any ideas?

when paul phoned me to say they were closing he said he was continuing the nvqs from home but couldnt do the 6129s as he had no work shop anymore.He was gonna phone me back with a contact number but am still waiting.I might try and finish at college if possible,feeling bit sick that i may have just spent near on 2 grand for a few bits of paper that wont get me anywhere. Maybe your nearest college could help with getting the nvq finished and if its the bathroom suite you need just rip your own out good luck m8

I trained a while ago with paul and he was sound. I spoke to him and he said he was getting in touch with all students and had not let anyone down, if you paid him you would be hearing from him. Its a shame small honest companies are going whilst the big boys remain with their bad reputations. If you not heard from him i suggest you get in touch with the guy above.

Heard from Paul yesterday! All ok just need to work with a plumber in 2 bathroom suites to get nvq signed off. Sods law that's the only job that the people I have been working for don't do!
