Quarter to nine tonight the phone rings, "Can you first fix a holiday cottage, full heating and a bathroom", "certainly can let me come and have a look, get you a price and organise some time", "Well it has to be done before Christmas", "", "What you laughing at", "Can do it later in the New Year, you do realise it's the 9th December", "Well I didn't think people would be that busy", "Phone me in the New Year if you still need domebody".
What a tool, it's the third job this week that 'it's gotta be done before the decorator/plasterer/xmas'.
