Hi I'm hoping someone knows the answer to the lockout problem I now have with my 14 year old Suprima 60 boiler.

For the last few months it's been locking out and generally pressing the reset button has rectified the problem however it has now started locking out with a strange light sequence. The red led is flashing twice every second as expected but also the green led is on static at the same time. I can find nothing in the Users Manual refering to this led sequence. Pushing the reset button doesn't seem to rectify the problem and the only way I can get it working again is by switching off the mains at the fused spur and then back on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you got a gas safe engineer in to resolve the issue correctly two months age then it could've saved you money and hassle.

we cannot and will not give out information on boiler repairs on an open forum.

You need a gsr in to look at your boiler. We cannot and will not give advice on the installation or repair of boilers for your own safety.

Please go to Gas Safe Register | Ensure your gas engineer is registered. or post a thread in the 'I'm looking for a plumber / gas engineer' section of these forums remembering to include your location. [DLMURL="http://www.ukplumbersforums.co.uk/im-looking-plumber-gas-engineer/"]I'm looking for a Plumber or Gas Engineer[/DLMURL]

If you are gsr please increase your post count to 10+ then send a private message to either Gas man or Redsaw who will then check you and then give you access to the gsr private forum.

Thank you.
