Hi all. First things first im new tonthis forum so not really sure how to go on about started a thread but will have a go.

I have a ravenheat csi combi and it has a fault and keeps tripping.

when i turn the hot water on (the fan works, air pressure sensors fine and so is the pump) after about 8-10 secs the red fault light comes on.

This happens same with the CH.

The boiler is a new one and has only been fitted a week ago. I did not get a gaurantee card as i purchased it new of ebay.

Hope there are people out there who can help or someone who has had the same fault with their boiler.

Kind regards

Another sucker tempted to scrimp on his heating bites the dust.

You'll not get any help here pal, best advice is to do what you should've done in the first place and get a registered engineer to look at it, and hope he doesn't condemn the install.
