Posting here as requested to keep my account alive. I have a few properties to maintain and I try to do as much as I can myself - gas work excluded of course. When I’ve hit any tricky issues in the past, I’ve been able to resolve by referring to the expert advice on this forum, so many thanks to all you that share your experience/expertise here!

Hi Lou. There are 3 in all, but all in Nottingham so not too much hassle. Most of the hard refurb type work has been done on them and it's now just [ ;-) ] a case of maintaining them.
