shower suggestions? Exposed pipe with a rain head

Can anyone suggest a thermostatic mixer shower that can be piped from above with exposed pipework but has a fixed rain head

The problem your going to find is with the rain head support bracket isn’t going to have enough adjustments for the on show adaptors

Yes, that seems to be the issue.
All I can find is crap from Vic plum and the like

Good suggestion but I was hoping for an out of the box solution

Other than the add on kits eg connected via a shower hose don’t think there is one

Mira Realm ER will do it Scott, you can spin the elbows and plumb it for rising/falling supplies.

Unfortunately not as the hot and cold supply need to be surface mounted from above.
The Realm would work but the customer wants brass.
I have given some options and left them to decide

Get a realm and chuck it in a vat of acid to strip the chrome off!

On a serious note, if they are insistent and have the budget you can get it stripped and refinished in brass/nickel/black chrome/rose gold etc etc.
Expensive though and usually short warranty, you’ll also need to get out your bestest spanners with no burrs on them.
