Thermostatic shower cartridge

The above seems to have gone and I am trying to identify the manufacturer.
I have the invoice dated 2006 from Bathstore but they don't seem to be able to help.
They suggestedit may be Ultra but Ultra said that SERIE was not one of their's
The description is "SERIE THERMOSTATIC SHOWER VALVE CHR"

115cm x 200cm chrome plate

I need a replacement for one these too - sent a pic off to Shower Doc as suggested here, but they weren't sure without seeing the actual cartridge.

Remiss of me not to have posted before now. Shower Doc couldn't help. I went into a local Bathstore and they were very helpful. Gave a part number and I ordered through their website.
