What size/type valve is this for kitchen mixer tap

Hi please can you help? What size/type valve is this? I previously asked a plumber and was given the wrong size🙁

There are about half-a-dozen dimensions that can vary and some of these need to be measured quite accurately (+/- 0.5 mm). It is possible to do this with an engineer's tape measure with a mm scale but you really need to use a pair of calipers. See, for example:
