Have you tried to use your boiler again? It may have righted itself. If not then phone Worcester as the longer you leave it the less chance they'll be out before xmas, cause I bet you their mad busy at the moment with frozen condenses etc. If you wait for the people that fitted it to come out and they cant right it then they'll only phone worcestor for you anyhow

Hi Tom, thanks for getting back to me [& everyone else who replied to this thread] D&G came out today and sorted it out; they just turned it on and everything seems ok, been running for about an hour and pressure reading 2.5 bar which was higher than before [around 1.5 bar] but radiators all working fine and house warm again.
