I wouldn't have turned up, I would seriously consider calling someone out to unblock my own toilet if it got blocked. I don't get involved in unblocking anything, no one would pay the money I would want to do it.

Funny because I went to job on sat morning and walked out and drove off without telling them!
Never done it before either. The house was a mad house. Electric shower wasn't working. They thought it was a stat? I thought it was poor pressure on the mains to their new bathroom that somebody else had fitted.
For all I know it could have been tank fed as the kitchen tap was fine.
After 20mins of ridiculous goings on I got my tools and walked out. 5 people in the house and nobody noticed.
Main thing for me was, what am I going to get paid for spending a couple of hours taking panels off, going up into the loft to work out what the other plumber should have sorted - not enough.

I would of told her on Sat to jog on.
One thing that gives me the hump is when custards come on the phone saying they are skint, but still want someone to come round and take a look.
Might try that one next time I get my fga calibarated or van mot'd
