so, regular customer calls me in a panic sunday, tells me he got someone in to put cooker in and do ll cert as he couldnt contact me.
plumb has been there sunday 11am until 3:30pm and cant connect pipe.?

got there today as he apparently 'sacked' him off the job.

he showed and told me the guy had hardly any tools and the customer had to go buy them, one torch, solder, fittings, gas etc (On pic) the plumb also tried for 3 hours on saturday too! the bill for hacksaw etc is £100exc, :shades_smile:

he is addamant he is a registered fitter and refuses to tell me who he is:grin:

the cooker fittings, i backed them off to see if there was any tape or paste, not.
the guy also tells me he had to call the grid saturday to cap off, then he called them sunday to cap off again-no paperwork!!!!!!!

when i got there i did the usual first test for leaks and it was sound.
funny grid didnt cap meter...or did they!

i wacked him a oner and he was happy as it was less that his tool bill.lol

you cant see it on the reciept but he bought a 3m length.....(sorry his plumber) of 22mm pipe to do the job. haha
