always

"Forever & Always" is a song written and recorded by American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift for her second studio album, Fearless (2008). It was a last-minute addition to the album. Produced by Swift and Nathan Chapman, "Forever & Always" is a pop rock song with lyrics about a troubled relationship with an ex-boyfriend, inspired by singer Joe Jonas, whom Swift briefly dated.
Music critics considered the song catchy but generic, and commented that it sets the precedent to Swift's later songs about past romance. After Fearless was released, "Forever & Always" peaked at number 34 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and 32 on the Canadian Hot 100. It was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
A re-recorded version of "Forever & Always", subtitled "Taylor's Version", features on Fearless (Taylor's Version), Swift's 2021 re-recorded version of Fearless, released on April 9, 2021. "Forever & Always (Taylor's Version)" charted on singles charts in Australia, Canada, Singapore, and the U.S.

The final return tee: always the immersion cylinder return, but is it a standard?

Hi, Long story short: my boiler (gas, conventional, vented, three port system) has been moved from one side of the house to the other. Previously the immersion cylinder return was the final tee before reaching the boiler, and all worked fine. Now the immersion cylinder return is a few tees...

Central heating pump always on and noisy

Hello, I had an engineer out recently to fix a leak coming from one of these (not exactly this but very close) - apparently the pin in it was shot or something, he managed to stop the leak without fitting a new one: Drayton ZA5/679-2 2-Port Motorised Valve Since he left our central heating...

Room thermostat not always starting boiler

Hi, Our house has two central heating zones: the living room which has a programmable thermostat, and the rest of the house that has a simple dial (Honeywell) in the hall (it will be 10 years old). We have the heating on continuous and use the thermostats to turn it on and off. I have noticed...

    Megaflow always on question

Hi, We just moved into a 3 story house, with a megaflow system. Water is heated by a gas boiler. The megaflow seems to be on pretty much all day , even outside of any timed heating or hot water programs - I can hear a humming sound when I open the door to the cupboard. Is this normal ? I did...

    One radiator always needs bleeding.

The vertical hall radiator always requires bleeding at least once a week. At first i thought it was just the system getting rid of all the air, it may still be but it seems like a lot and its always just this one radiator. I have needed to top the boiler pressure back up a couple of times, its...

Apologies for the long post but I'm hoping to get a bit of advice. Last week a plumber came in to replace a bathroom rad with a heated towel rack and remove a rad from downstairs in the hallway. The work seemed fine and our CH and hot water both came on as programmed that night. However the...

Heating suddenly always on - timer fault?

Our CH system is controlled by a Honeywell ST1501 7-day timer, part of the system when we moved in back in 2014. The house was built in 1997 so I guess it's the original timer. We had the boiler replaced two years ago (Baxi EcoBlue 16) by a local plumber who also did the annual service in...

Would you REALLY always recommend running UFH constantly?

Been adding UnderFloor Heating to my own house and it's running provisionally. Controls yet to be wired. Can't think of ideal system but this is the best I can think of myself: Since the UFH is auxiliary to a radiator (theoretically not enough output from UFH to hold its own in cold weather)...

Baxi Megaflo 2 System 12 Compact GA always failing

I purchased a new home 4 years ago. Since then I have had to call engineers out to our Megaflo 2 System 12 Compact GA around twice a year. Pretty much every time they come they replace all the internals. The problem is that 2 failures a year is way too much and the £350.00 per year warranty...
