Just been asked to do a quote to fix this leak. it is under the shower tray and appears to be in the CH flow or return pipe. The pipes are quite close to the floorboards and dont seem like I can get a pipe slice in although that may change once I have cut the 22mm.
I am leaning towards doing it...

I was called out to a lady who had a shower cubicle that was leaking ever so slightly in the corner between the enclosure and tray. I resealed around the area however 5-6 days later it came back.
I went back and removed alot of the silicone and resealed again. lo and behold 6 days later...
