I may be about to put size nines in my mouth but what about the pipe in the middle facing up?
It's a bit longer than the mi shows you to fix it. Ie rubber collar half way into next week.
Think thats just cosmetic, i think the installer was trying to get it past the gutter a little bit so drops of condensation didnt form on it
I laugh ha ha it's part of the mi. The case is also cosmetic? Flues not rated for external is they ?
Bit like white bits on vertical flue not supposed to show as not weather tight
That was my thought to judging by the rafter tips but its not 100% clear from the angle of the shot. Its got to be a pretty low roof for it to need a cage.its allowe 25mm from soffit but they look like open eves to me in which case it needs to be 300 away surely
and the door, LOLThis worcester junior was installed a yr ago, I noticed this on a service, I started explaining to the customer what was wrong with it and he asked me to leave and said he would keep the window closed and contact the installer straight away.

possible someone told said tard who fitted it alpha and baxi flues the same ,did not differentiate between SE and HE ,little bit of knowledge and said mess is createdOn the cracked turret photo it looked to me like the access pnl had been supplemented with a secondary air supply, like some one had used a twin flue off an old alpha?
Sweet skills! Was replacing bog innards but could not resist getting a snap of this masterpiece 🙂

Some overpaid cretin. Cant stand them. Normally full of gravel water soil or all of the above.why did some bright spark think these were ever a good idea?
Its always hilarious when you drop the test nipple.

I know suppliers are daft but that must have been on a grass part originally and tarmacked over. doubt they ever fit sunken boxes on drives..
Nope, there from new. Houses are only ~15 years old. The ECV lever has been bent and is crushing the anaconda. Everything is rusted to buggery.
Meter is in the direct path of the [tight] entrance to a car port space.
Funny enough (not really funny) I have just been sitting in safety meeting on my fist day with a few photos of exactly the same thing, gable end installations they call them. Not very clever if its a driveway. Not my problem. I reported it, so have 2 other people. I guess it'll get changed when that governor finally snaps off and starts chucking out gas.
