I wonder if the Leave campaign can be taken to court?

Talkinkpysh. He should go join the 45 but he will not renew his membership next year!

Been there with the bitterness.

We both voted out in the Scottish ref and Denise's birthday is the 18th Sept (referendum day, full of hope) and mine is the 19th (judgement day, dejected)
I truly felt the 19th September 2014 was the worst day of my life ever. Its a feeling i still can't quite explain and for the next 2 or 3 months i honestly wanted to kill anyone who voted No and fell out with friends of many years including members of my family.

Maybe some feel this way about this ref?

By Christmas i had calmed down and accepted things as they were.

Btw i agree with a lot of Sturgeons policies but i (and everyone i know) would never vote to leave the UK to join the Euros. She has miscalculated on that one. It will never happen.
At least we could come out with a few songs at the time. I've never heard a song from either Remain of Brexit

Corbyn for example. I know where you'll take it now, but that's not the question you asked. 😀

Corbyn can only be trusted to be a useless leader of the Labour Party who will make them unelectable. He is as two faced and many others.
Tbh, I actually now like the fact that he has exposed himself by becoming Labour leader.
He doesn't actually stand up for all the ordinary people, - just certain people

You couldn't be further from the truth but then you need to look for it to find it.

Corbyn is not very clear where he stands on so many things, so hard to get what the full truth is. I am never going to trust him because of his past, unless he apologises and admits he was wrong, but that will never happen.
Most politicians though are alike, - they state truths, half truths and then mix them up with lies, or omit some facts to make political gains. Ironically many politicians that tell the truth will not progress well.

It's a sad state of affairs, politicians seem to have made a career out of lying. It's a shame many people were rebelling at this and austerity rather than the EU.

Still we've made out bed and now we've got to get on with it.

Corbyn is a dick and even he knows it but he is ramming that dick up the rse of the Blairites just because he can.
We have in the past week seen not only a labour party rebellion (basically a coup supported/orchestrated by Alistair Campbell who miraculously appeared on every media channel as the shadow cabinet left one by one for maximum impact) but also an establishment dig at him (camerons jibe). 170 odd of his party openly rebelling and no one wants to be the first to put the boot in because they know they will loose.
I have no time for the man and disagree with just about everything he stands for but the alternative labour party is some uni graduate who went straight into politics and knows nothing about the working man or classes. Politicians are all just different shades of grey these days no matter what party they are in.
I wouldn't trust any of them to bring me back the correct change if i sent them to the shop.
As Bob sung, the times they are a changing.
Btw imo, if Gove wins with the tories we are fkd.

if your going to talk like that tam, then i am moving the thread based on 95% of the posters being pub members,
and on that basis it is a majority vote so, were in 😉

What does he stand for? BTW, I'm not a Labour voter.

I'm probably where you were, very ****ing angry.

Really idgaf what corbyn or his mainly swp supporters stand for. The labour party as it is are unelectabale to the majority of VOTERS who number a great deal more the party members. This is worse than the Micheal Foot thing the Tories are raising a glass to corbyn. Momentum and their like will kill off labour for the majority of voters and what will that lead to~? A Tory gov.

People need to wake up and look outside our bbc/ sky news for the real stories about what is happening as those 2 will never report other than a mention if needs be.
Its all there on the internet if you look hard enough and the ******* politicians (who have never worked a shift in their lives) don't like it. Fk them it will get worse.
We need politicians wi a pair of fkn balls to stand on principle (most of any examples i could give are retired or dead so we are left with a shower of useless spineless cants)

He's is neither a terrorist or a sympathiser that I know for a fact.

Can you seriously prove that? What more does Corbyn factually have to do to make you think of him as he really was and is, - a looney far left, thinks he is smarter than most, terrorist sympathiser?
If you are old enough and aware of the man at those times, you would remember him giving support to the IRA. And it wasn't just him making a one off verbal support, where it could just be put down to ignorance, - he consistently backed them for years.
I don't recall Corbyn supporting the British people in a similar manner.
I think he is just a looney far left mouth piece who sat comfortably in the background taking an extreme view and now that he has got old has suddenly come out of obscurity to fill a vacancy.
He will not go far anyhow.

relutantly! i aggree with tam, post 206. and i am from mining stock labour core!
they are like scargill union leaders with no real morals and looking for fame and a big pay check!

at this moment i am tempted to swing to other parties come an election.....

I'm not old enough to know of the IRA stuff however I am a leftie and much prefer Corbyn to the new labour. Corbyn had my attention soon as he was declared an MP who had the least claims at a time when just about every MP was literally robbing the taxpayer to small or large extent. He is outspoken on issues many politicians glide over because of how disconnected they are from the common man. Brexit happened in large because of this disconnect. He is capable leader too he was firm on certain issues from the start i.e trident, migration and a critic of the EU. His party never fell short of hamstringing him at every turn because they cant comprehend that politics are changing and he is just ahead of his time. If they supported him instead and got onboard Im sure labour would take Leave side this would add to his many victories already and set Labour on the road to becoming the leading party.

Instead we will have a collapsed party with one half of backward looking middle ground Blairites and other half of hard lefts in isolation not capable of achieving much of anything.
