just put every flue like the worcester (can add a plume kit later on with no changing/fuss)

That looks like the new Vaillant flue. In which case you can't use a plume kit to correct non-compliant terminal position. And you're right, the stack is also too close...

You can Mas, if you call technical they'll email it to you.

That's right is what I would say, if the window is shut but has trickle vent you have a opening?

I'm not sure I agree with that, it's like saying I can't flue out the side of a building in case a builder builds an extension over it. We need a bit of good faith in humanity and hope they will use reputable tradesmen in future who can advise accordingly or seek the appropriate advice.

They brought a ruling in for opening in the fabric of the building, because there was a case where a new window was fitted with an opener. And ther was a fatality.
If you contact Vaillant, they'll send you some info, where as you can have it 150mm away from an opening instead of 300mm. With a plume kit.

I stand corrected! When I did the Level 2 training at Vaillant they said very firmly that it was a no-no. Obviously they've relaxed a bit now. Ideal were the same, I wonder if they've also changed their stance??
