Baxi didn't once pick up on this by the way, their words they was puzzled
Doing my head in this now!
put volt stick on meter, didn't go red.
put manometer tube over leads going into electrode, still doing the same ? It stayed on longer but then dropped out !!
the only ignition am getting is on the left, it continues for upto 8 seconds once lit, nothi g at all on rectification side, no spark.
ive checked the new leads for continuity, fine.
i checked all earths on boiler likewise, their fine.
ive took burner out an put compressed air into injectors, what the effing hell is up with it !!

Was rectification probe in flame and 4.5mm off burner? If u put multi meter on to continuity was there any between rectification electrode and burner? Try using old electrode attached to new lead but hold it in place using insulated pliers? Think u could be on a loosing streak! As above possibly new boiler? Did u check and clean terminals on pcb?
They are going to get a free one so am fu?kd.
i could fit a pound underneath the electrode, clean an check terminals? I just put the new one in ?

They all ok, I'm thinking of just getting tham out but that's costing me £200 in just parts ive fitted

U want a pcb ? Got one removed a working 80 today! What parts u fitted. Have you called Baxi technical they can help . 01926 411864 its the sales team.... Ask to be out through to tech. Lot cheaper than 0845!!

Yeah been ringing that one, they can't explain it... They are going out, I give up. Stuck with a board now

Don't know the inns an outs, but baxi went out Tuesday an the last I heard they had fitted 5 parts an still not working.
The only old part I left in was the board, managed to send the board back which helped

Did you find out what happend jan? I went to one yesterday fireing up for minute and half and dropping out only pump runs does it on hot water and heating divertor clear plate clear gets red hot on the flow comeing down nothing hardly leaves the boiler it's a head scratcher!
