Hi All

First post, so please be kind to me.

I'm refurbing the bathroom, and would like to fit a back-to-the-wall toilet, but instead of having a cistern concealed in the false wall behind the pan, I would like a high level cistern in the loft space above the bathroom. This would make servicing a whole lot easier.

Obviously, a chain pull hanging through the ceiling would look out of place, so does anyone know of a set-up similar to my requirement, but with an electrically operated flush?

Thanks in advance

What ever you do, buy a ready made kit and make sure you install it as per the instructions.
There are certain distances you can have the cistern above the pan.
There are also flow restrictors for if you have too much height between the pan and cistern.
If you don't put the restrictors in you will end up with water, and other matter, from floor to ceiling and all over the bathroom.
Have heard of some real horror stories with mishaps.
