Contacted by a lady last week to say she was from LA planning section and they were in the process of setting up a CD-Rom to hand out to people looking to have renovations, extensions etc and were looking to promote two trades across the board so people would have some to turn to for quotes and could their rep come and see me - no problem.
He meets me at a job im on and within 5minutes of speil offers chance to sign up..............................£540 for two years, is that a rat i smell?
He hasnt asked me for any references, insurance details etc so I tell him i dont have bank details to hand and will ring him later.
Finishes job, gets home and rings LA who have never heard of them so I phones his office number - is Phil there? Phil? Yeah Phil ..... oh urm just a minute....silence then oh he's not in today!
