Morning folks just wondering if I could get an opinion
Fitted a new central heating pump for a customer about five weeks ago.
Didn't think system water looked too bad.
Got a call back about three weeks ago saying that the new pump had failed, capacitor was really struggling to get the pump spinning. I thought it was unlikely but put it down to a faulty new pump. She just called me last night saying that this new replacement pump has now failed. I am now leaning towards a sludged system however the water seemed pretty clear comparatively speaking. Put it this way I have definitely install a new pump onto a dirtier system and it has worked without any issue Can anybody think of any perhaps electrical fault that might cause this type of issue?
I am just a bit reluctant to believe that it is sludge
