Heating Pump unions???

Hi all
Took delivery today of a grundfos 32-80 180 ups pump. It is the c rated type not the new type!
no fittings are supplied and I need to get down to 28mm copper so I just want to confirm the size of the pump tappings? I reckon they are 2" and a standard pump valve is 1 1/2
i assume its a case of finding somebody who stocks the adaptor unions if they are available!
any idease please?

take the pump along with you to your merchant, easy peasy

Try opening the pump box and reading the instructions.
It sounds like you should have ordered a 25-80-180.
They are the same as the 32-80-180 except for union connections.

According to the Grundfos website 32-80-180 is 2"

As above 25-80-180 is 1,1/2"

I have just fitted 4x 32-80-180 a rated pumps, they came with no unions, had to order 2" x 1 1/4" pump unions from BSS.
