We replaced a fan on one of these last Thursday, there is a whole estate near me that have them fitted so we have done lots of them. This customer has sent a snotty email and wants know why he can get a fan of the internet for £60 and why the invoice is for as much as it is. I am aware the re-furbished fans are available for that money which I wont use but the bill total including call-out for diagnosis was only £260 including vat.
I don't normally let these things bother me but this one obviously has

I'd go back to them quoting that they're paying for in terms of proper parts, your experience, training, insurance etc

Exactly Scott but even if ye fitted 1 for 60 he'd still moan. Some people.
