Treating new members with respect is one thing but I think the biggest problem is when regular members allow themselves to be drawn into an argument with one another. Doesn't look good on a public forum.

Personally, I feel that at times Some take this forum far too seriously instead of enjoying it and contributing in a friendly but enjoyable manner.
