Call the police, if they do say you will give the food back. Either in the brown form or the undejested form

I hade one right on top of xmas 2009 hade too render the back of a 3 bed house.
all went well till the end payment then thay said can you just skim the bathroom then ill pay you saterday ok then
so all finished then i get the sod story.
and all the bull to go with it this went on for about 2 weeks
the hire firm called and said no one was in too pick up tower cement mixer and pecker ok m8 ill sort it out lol
i went over let my self in the back way lol
and took all the gear as the custy payed hire fee.
knocked on the door handed them a xmas card and said thanks lol

after xmas went and the hire shop opend back up
they called me and said to pop over as the firm had keped payment and the gear wasnt on site lol
i gave them the gear back and the hire firm put the cover fees in the bank love it
what gos around comes around

too true, and if you eat less than half you need pay nothing, a party of 40 doing the same = sorted.
personally i would do a credit search on the business then sell the debt on legally, or to a certain class of people in my area (no names) and let them sweat.
the last person to bounce a £250 check to me found a que at there new address of people claiming £14,000+ in unpaid debt after i did some research. i told them if i dont get my money i will tell x,y,z where you live. i got paid, left it 2 hours then told everyone else.lol.
