got a guy that on some jobs i phone him to see if he's busy if not can you give me a hand scenario, more often than not he's never mega busy and gives me a hand.

He does come with some hassle but i know other plumbs that a worse, however today he started to take the pee,

I basically pay him £120 cash a day he rolls in about 9 a.m sometimes a bit later and has 30 mins for dineer most days which i buy and is normally gone 4 ish at latest .

Well on this job he found out how much i was charging and started demending more money saying how hard he works and wouldnt let it go saying i dont pay enough .

whats your thoughts guys half tempted to find another

I would find another, it is none of his business how much you earn on a job. He has agreed a rate he is happy with, and £120 a day cash for 9-4 aint a bad gig for someone who isn't that busy to fill his time. I would personally now be looking for someone else to take his place.

taking the proverbia,l i went on there as an east london contract and was being sent to richmond and hammersmithwhen he said i couldnt pick and choose where i worked it was time to prove i could
They priced the contract to cheap and were snatching money back on the slightest exscuse hadnt been paid correctly for 3 months which is on going
Shame as i quite liked the work but im sure something will come along ive never starved, bummer is i sold my van a month ago as i thought i was settled
