whats your thoughts?
Within the past 12 months, you have opted in to the TrustMark scheme for gas engineers. We’re delighted that you’ve been a part of it with us, a scheme that raises industry standards and works to bring an end to rogue traders.
We will be making some important changes to your registration with us which you need to be aware of. As of 1st April 2017, your free one-year pilot registration with TrustMark through your Scheme Operator, Gas Safe Register, will be coming to an end. This scheme was free for one year with the aim of providing the registered gas engineers with consumer protection support alongside the values of being TrustMark registered.
We will continue to work with Gas Safe Register to promote consumer protection alongside support to the engineers, but they will no longer be classed as a TrustMark registered business. To provide you with an option of remaining TrustMark registered and access to the benefits we have worked with one of our Scheme Operators, Helix Training, who have built a registration process to support the gas engineers.
Through Helix Training, the Scheme Operator for gas engineers, you will be able to continue all of the services you have benefitted from over the last 12 months.
If you wish to continue being searchable on the TrustMark website, or receive access to our services on offer, such as Alternative Dispute Resolution and our Assured Advice you will need to commence a relationship with the Scheme Operator via the following link [click here].
Helix Group have advised us that they will honour an introductory offer of £120 + VAT until 30st March 2017. After this date the price will be £150 + VAT and will come at an annual renewal price of £150 + VAT. This is not a replacement for the mandatory requirement to be registered with Gas Safe Register.
