There's no prv plumbed in either, it's been signed off on cp12's for god knows how long as well.

No access isn't easy, not sure if it needs compartment vent didn't bother getting that far, boiler turned off until cupboard is removed for good.

Yep, I had one of those last week. The frost stat had gone on the blink (which is very unusual indeed) but it took me a while to diagnose as the wiring was just terrible.
Here look before N after. Still not how I'd leave it after an install but a vast improvement.

it was a gas appliance in an industrial unit at a bowling alley,The thing was as big as my van. the combustion chamber had been previosly badly welded and cracked all over the place letting heat and fumes get into the air side, bet nobody got a strike cos of the co. funny cos the owner was really p****d i turned it off proper.
