The only items I would need for that kind of job are a can of petrol some matches and a fast van.I've had a few like that. One the kitchen was so greasy that I put disposable coveralls on to work and chucked them in the customers dustbin when I left. Job was supposed to be a two day job but I got it done in a day so i wouldn't have to go back. Another the bathroom floor was covered in dried cat poos. On with the disposables and swept it into a pile in the corner. Used the cardboard from the boiler to kneel down on.

Perhaps I should list it as a cleansing by fire service.
No relation to the final solution. Thats a couple of hundred steos too far right. That's one "Solution" just couldn't resist it

A chap called me earlier in a panic. He'd had a go at repairing the ball valve in the CWS tank bless him. He couldn't work out why the water was worse since he fixed it....

Cylinder change I did today.
The electrics had been bodged together and the 15mm vent pipe terminated above the tank lid so there was a lovely puddle on top of the tank.
What about the roof truss!!!! or lack of, I hope you lads don't do this if the tank won't fit, Jeez
Yeh on would have thought for safety - they would have extended them to rest on the tank and support the roof 😱

What's wrong with that, its a double wammy trap, a manufacturer couldn't make one like that if they tried

No... not this dude!
you have a living room 20m x5m!!5 burner. Massive house I mean massive. Upstairs hallway was almost size of my living room. 20m long and 5m wide! His house was heated by 2 33kw COMBI boilers feeding six huge bathrooms. Bath shower sink and bidet in every one ...... 25mm mains. It was done by same pro who linked both boilers together with hep!
Needs more flexi....
Sheesh, must be DIY surely?
Can't beat a double trap 🙂
Seriously, how do these people get work?!!!!
surely this never worked???Needs more flexi....

Riley,
Why not the water in the cistern is much higher than the connection of the sani-flow, I know you can't polish a turd but it will dissolve, be OK until
something big got in there and then go look for a plumber with a website who specialises in this sort of thingy!!!!
According to the customer it`s worked perfectly for 1yr 11.75 months then packed up just inside the 2yr warranty. You can imagine my reply.
Would that be you Happy?
The only fact I`m interested in whilst the van is on double yellows outside the shop is ...........
Not installed to Saniflo guidelines, refer to installer. lol
What the hell happened to that logic?
the plastic flue was brittle
might as well whilst making an insurance claimThe boiler took the full brunt of the fire tightness test fine boiler ran and passed fga no problems at all I was a bit worried about the flue so recommend a replacement they said just change the boiler

At least they have made it easy for you to get 15mm in there when you re-pipe.Think they must of took a week with a hole cutter to do all the joists
Then ran 10mm for 10meters no wonder the fire was under gassed

Qualified in what ???? it defo isn't plumbing (Water Regs or unvented), heating, electrical, lagging, even the woodworking skills aren't great it looks like they even ripped up the bit of flooring right next to the cylinder to use as the back board, you can see the screw holes along the edge of the T&G.Yes the ufh is off the unvented Yes the installer was qualified. No he didn't have a clue. Yes it's hilarious and I can't help but laugh.
He looked like him. One of our Subbies did it with a diyer / retired woodwork teacher ! Pair of morons. The ufh consisted of 49 loops of 10mm hep. No flow control or blending. Just on and off using boiler pump too...... F f s

Just what I was thinking steve, and just incase any of you others were wondering if it is legal under the Water Reg's (cos I know how conceded & worried you lot get about such matters) it's fine. :hurray:not as stupid as it looks more reliable than cysten mates and less install cost then ir detectors some where that only gets used a couple of times a week its a great simple way done the same in a storage place and a church annexe
