ideal isar he24 diverter

i have an ideal isar he24 with a fault code h3 this is the domestic thermistor but on phoning ideal they suggest its the diverter not closing properly the diverter can only be purchased with the head does anyone know if i can buy the body only break downs arnt my strong point and the plug and socket connecters ideal use make getting a good reading of the thermister hard i believe i got a decant reading but pushing the probes from the multimeter to make a good connection isnt easy

hi , if d/valve on isar not closing properly rads / flow would be hot ie on all the time ( due to pre -heat ) only had h3 twice both times d/h/w thermistor hope this helps
