Hi Everybody

It is my first post on this type of forum and i am a gas engineer obviously. I wanted to see what the general feeling is regarding rubber bungs on room sealed appliances (ie the wiring bung on the ecotec pro's for example) or even when there is a self tapper missing from a flue where it has been drilled already. To me these are both at risk because you are affecting the seal of the boiler. Just wanted to see if other people see it with the same feeling?

I am convinced I saw somewhere that sells screw in FGA test points for single skin and concentric flues. Can't remember where.

Or I may have dreamt it. Not sure. Been on nights all week and brain's fried. No sleep since I woke up at 5pm yesterday.

Anyway. If I did dream it this post officially counts as me staking my claim on the idea and that it's now my intellectual property!

Well it's actually ID if you can stretch your imagination that far....

Safety device in operable or disabled.

Flue has a temp stat or aps or even dodge Venturi . If fans kaput and not drawing air u remove case and she's away , by having a hole in case your removing some of the boilers ability to measure fans performance. ? But really I would ncs.
